Encounter Prevention Overide#268

In the room settings, allowing the ability to turn off counter preventions for that room would be great! For example, sometimes students need to go to the Office, but in this case we are ok with them in the hallway at the same time. We are more concerned about bathrooms and water fountains. Maybe instead of “override” it would be a switch to say in the room function “Encounter Prevention On”

Our office professional has asked for something similar. Two students who are in an encounter prevention arrived at school at the same time and she couldn’t make a pass for both to go to class due to the prevention. It would be good to have a way for teachers to override the encounter prevention when they make a pass.

This is important for flex periods as well!

Admins will have the ability to override Encounter Prevention. They will also be able to give override permission to individual teacher accounts.
