Encounter Prevention Options#958

We would love to see a way to exempt certain pass locations from triggering the encounter prevention. For example, any locations associated with the office as an exemption makes sense for us. We have groups set up to keep friend groups from congregating in hallways, restrooms, etc, but it stands to reason that on occasion, I may need to have all of them report to the office. A slightly different scenario is that one member of the group is in with the counselor or nurse, and that prevents another member of the group from going to the bathroom. I guess a way to toggle locations as being included or excluded in the encounter prevention is really the best way to describe what I have in mind.
