Encounter Prevention Override or Not applicable for certain passes#826

We don’t want certain students to create bathroom at the same time, but is okay for them to have lunch passes to see their college and career counselors at the same time. Would be nice to designate some passes as not applicable to the encoutner prevention or be able to override it when neccessary. Making it not applcable in settings would be preferable, but will settle for the ability to override.

Our school would also find it benefcial to use encounter prevention with an option to allow some passes and not others. Such as students can not go to the same bathroom, but they can to different locations at the overlapping times.
