Kiosk mode in a teacher's classroom overrides classroom lock#366

I would like my kiosk in my classroom to be a verified place for students to sign out without requiring the teacher to approve the pass in a locked classroom. If they are already using my kiosk, why do I need to approve their pass as well? Redundent and repetitive :)
