Closing and opening locations based on time#305

So, I think it would be great to add a feature where a pass location can be closed and opened based upon a preset schedule. For example, if a librarian takes a lunch break from 12:30 to 1:10, the system is set up to close and open those locations at those times.

you could just disable the rooms then re enable them

I’m not the one forgetting to disable and re-enable them during my lunch.
