Teacher "office hours" / can close their rooms when away#133

Times where if a student tries to make a pass, it won’t work and say that you can’t meet with them then

Also, the ability for teachers to set “away” messages that students see so they know the teacher is out of the building, not just ignoring the pass request.

If a staff member walks away from their room, they have the ability to mark themselves “unavailable” and a pass cannot be created.

But not unless they have admin rights…. which means teachers can’t
