Round trip pass acknowledgement at stop#123

hello. I was just presenting for my staff. one of the questions that came up is for the bathroom, is there a way to acknowledge that a student was at the lav? They assign themselves a round trip pass go to the lav, tell the person their name, and then end the pass when they go back to class. Is there a way for the monitor to acknowledge they actually “stopped” at the bathroom?

I was just about to make this suggestion. I love that I can see their names and times, but wish there was a way to check off that they showed up at the bathroom. I think it would be beneficial for the teachers to see that someone checked them in and a time stamp.

This would be helpful if they need to stop at a staff members room to get something or receive quick help and have that stop noted that they went.
