Teachers and students should receive notification for future passes#60

My concern:
The classroom teachers and the students do not get alerts for future passes created by the SLP until the time of the pass.

It would be useful if they say the passes on their end when I create them. Otherwise, I still need to email teachers and give passes to students to let them know that they will be getting a SmartPass alert later.
