timer between passes allowed#491

We were wondering if you could make a feature that makes a timer between passes so that students aren’t able to make a new pass to the bathroom right after the pass they had.

Example: Jonny makes a pass at 9:05 and goes to the bathroom until 10:00. After pass is over to have a timer that would not allow Johnny to make a new bathroom pass for 15 minutes later.
