All Stop Button#483

A button on the admin panel that allows an admin to create an “All Stop”. In An All Stop situation, no passes can be created until the “All Stop” is removed. There could be a few options:
1) “All Stop FULL” - Creates an “All Stop” and no teacher can override to create a pass. (Urgent situation in halls that no one can move. Think Lock-In situation)
2) “All Stop” - Creates an “All Stop” but allows teachers to Override to make a pass (Possible spills and don’t want a lot of kids, OR other minor situation).

• When students try to create a pass, it says error. On the teacher side, a pop up says “An All Stop Has Been Activated. Student’s Should NOT Leave Their Room Until The All Stop Has Been Removed”

Advanced: *In room settings, allow an “All Stop Override” setting. For example, we would turn off the “All Stop Override” for bathrooms/room to room travel/etc., but leave on for offices/nurse.

It would be really cool if we could integrate with Navigate360 so that when we activate a Lock-In, it would automatically stop SmartPass pass creation.
