Frequent Flyers Reports#25

Features to better manage student excessive pass usage. Ideas we’ve had so far include:

• Including a flag when students multiple passes in a row to buy more time
• Automatically detect students who are abusing hallway priveleiges
• Group certain students to generate reports

While you build those, could you also put those frequent fliers on the Dashboard..Say top 10 or 15 users for the day, week, month, quarter or year? It woudn’t hurt to have the teachers that approved the most passes in a day, week, month, quarter or year as well so we would know if we need to engage in classroom management as well. These are really needs as the “pivot table” training is nice…but no at all practical.

Yes! I would love a quick way to check student frequency - students names listed with their TOTAL number of passess!!

Would like to run a report showing all passes I have issued to more easily ID/document for admin and parent conferences.
