Multi-phase passes for longer passes#1977

The library passes are 20 minutes long, but we have no way of tracking whether students are still in their sending classrooms, in the hallway, at the library, on their way back, etc. Students are abusing the long passes and letting the time run down while hiding out away from the classroom and library.

Please make multiphase passes as follows:

1. The sending teacher approves the student’s pass to the library
2. When the student arrives, the librarian marks that they are “IN” the library.
3. When the student leaves the library, the librarian checks “OUT” to indicate that the student is on their way back to class.
4. When the student arrives back to their classroom, the sending teacher ends the pass.

While we can do one-way passes, this does not let office staff know where in the building to find a student (if they are not in their sending classroom). There should be a way to mark that they have arrived at their destination. It is a safety issue.
