Bell Schedule Customization#1912

We need greater flexibility in creating bell schedules that match a building’s unique bell schedule. It may mean it doesn’t prevent overlapping classes/times as schedules can be creative a unique to the needs of a school. We have two short periods (skinnies), within a full block and have three lunch times at the HS. We just need more creativity in having our bell schedules work within SmartPass.
