When students sign in at a tardy station for a tardy pass, they should be notified what # tardy they are on and what the consequence is for that tardy as set by the school. There should be a screen that certain staff can access and as well as the option to have notifications/emails sent to certain staff when a student is assigned detention, ISS, etc.
