Send Pass to Kiosk#1850

When adults in other spaces create a pass, allow it to be visible in that teachers room. EG if a counselor wants a student from Science in 101, the pass would also pop up on the kiosk. Not all teachers are watching for passes calling students out, and this would be a more subtle way of requesting students. It also would allow a student to just click “start pass” rather than having to create one after being called.
