Saved no-fly times#1837

I would like to be able to have multiple no-fly schedules and select which one is needed rather than having to manually enter changes for short days or adjusted schedules.

Being able to prohibit student passes for the first and last five minutes of a period without having to do it for each of our various schedules would be great. The system would have to recognize the start and end times in the moment.
