Show student's name on student initiated passes#1821

We would like to see the student’s name shown when a student requests a hall pass on the count down screen.

We have started to find cases where a student would login as another student in order to bypass some restrictions. Since the studen’s name is not listed on the pass countdown screen which is what the teacher quickly looks at they assume the pass is correct. While they can have their interface always pulled up but that would defeat one of the core uses of the prodcut to keep it always on to check.
