Emergency Mustering - Parent Reunification#1809

Parent/Guardian Reunification Tool
-Check Students out to a Parent/Guardian in the case of an emergency muster
—Pull a guardian data field from Clever and associate it with a student
—In emergency mode add a “Reunification” stage after students have been accounted for
—In the reunification stage have the ability to search a student by name and locate which emergency muster point they have been checked in at and at what time.
—At check out have the prompt ask the reunifier to verify guardian ID and check a box confirming they did it before releasing student
—Have a page for admins/LEOs that lists students by status; unaccounted for, at muster, reunified, and custom, as well as what time that status was last updated.

Other hall pass/visitor management programs are trying to sell us on this feature which our superintendant has requested. We would much rather purchase a module to add on to Smartpass as an existing integration/feature than have to set up, contract, and manage a whole other system.
