Pass buffer time limit(Individual rooms)#178

Should be able to offer specific pass buffer time limits on individual rooms. Ex: Admin should be able to create the pass buffer limit on tardy passes to expire after 5 minutes. Bathroom passes to expire after 30 minutes.

This would be great!
