Student List Upload for Efficient Pass Creation#1762

Add the ability to upload a list of students into Smart Pass and then select individual students from that list to generate passes. This would be especially helpful on days when I need to see a large number of students—often 50 or more—across multiple rooms and class periods. This feature would streamline the process and significantly reduce the time spent creating individual passes.
