Mass editing of pass restrictions#1756

Currently you must remove pass restrictions one at a time. It is essential that a feature is added that allows you to mass delete pass restrictions. I often give a group of students a restriction that ends on a specific date. You can add the restriction for the entire list of students at one time but you have to remove the restriction one at a time. This is incredibly time consuming.
