I had a school secretary reach out to me stating that one of the teachers at her school will be out for a couple of days, and she has a substitutte teacher working in her place. However, they have no way of approving the passes for the students in the teachers class because they did not have access to her Smart Pass account PIN.
I would like to know if there is something that can be implemented for secretaries or even myself as the Clever Admin for our school district that can override a teachers PIN while that teacher is out so that her student’s passes can be approved.
