Teachers, Nurses, Counselors, etc should be able to schedule NO PASS times.

The Nurse takes lunch from 1-1:30. When a teacher tries to make a pass, there should be a not that says, “Emergencies only, otherwise schedule the Nurse pass for a later time.”
