Add feature for teachers or student to "acknowledge" a pass request#171

When attendance is creating a SmartPass for an Early Dismissal, there is no way to know if the student/teacher saw the pass or if the student is on their way.
It would be so helpful if the teacher or student could “Accept” or “Acknowledge” a pass so that the office knows that the student is on their way.
This will also be helpful in many scenarios where office staff requests a student from class.

🎉 Coming this summer:
When teachers send students a pass - whether it’s a now (call-down) pass or a scheduled pass, the student will have to accept it. It will no longer automatically start. See details.
