Add a comment to a pass#1692

We use SmartPass for many things, but one use is sending late students to class. It would be helpful if there was a comment or note feature on the pass we create so that the teacher they are going to can see if they are “unexcused or excused”.

This simple addition would prompt us to continue using SmartPass next year because we see the benefits of it in many ways. But not being able to currently add a note is counteracting our use of it at times and causing us to go back to emails or written passes, which takes away from the staff buy in. We want SmartPass to be the ONLY thing they have to use when students are going to and from rooms.

In regards to adding notes, I would like to add a note that I saw the pass and the student is on their way. Currently, the teachers send the pass and then call me that they sent a pass. So annoying, I see the pass and send the student ASAP but they have no way of knowing that so they call.
