Allow a pass to be "paused" and restarted#165

Students come to the library from study hall on a pass. If they want to use the bathroom or go to their locker from the library, they have to end the first pass, fill out a different pass and send it to the librarian. When they return to the library, they need to end the pass that took them out, then fill out a pass from their original space back into the library. The library has limits on the number of students that can come during any given hour. If the student has to end his/her pass to leave the library to go to the BR or locker, they could potentially lose their spot. Having the option to pause the first pass and create a second would be super convenient.
