Make a classroom an origin, but never a destination.#1649

I’m looking for a way to make a classroom an origin, but never a destination. We have students who, when the arrive, they go to breakfast. If they arrive late to school, we would like students to get a pass from the cafeteria to their class but we don’t want them to be able to write a pass to the cafeteria.
