We would like to schedule passes so they can be sent for a group on a recurring basis without needing to know where the students are coming from.
For example, band needs a group of 6 kids to come during a study hall time each Thursday. Right now the teacher can set up a scheduled pass for this group (she previously set up) without needing to look up where the kids have study hall by making the pass declinable – but then she cannot make the pass recurring.
We would like a scheduled pass to be both recurring and without the need to look up the origin room.
