wait in line - leave it there (not disappear)#1576

The wait in line is nice to cue up students to leave, but then it goes away before I can get back to approving it. Leave it there or create a different “next in line” cue to leave class (since sometimes I have 6-8 students who want to use the RR and lining them up is more efficient than going back and forth to stop/start them)
