Many schools use Flex / WIN / etc. as a time for students to sign-up for academic support and other activities while simultaneously other students are scheduled for a class such as intervention or band. It would be great if Flex and the Schedule worked together. For instance, a student in Band class would not be able to be pulled by a teacher offering academic support. Additionally, because this is not available, I created a Band student group. I then added “Band” as a Flex Activity and made it visible only to that student group. Unfortunately, I still need to go into every single day of the year and add this student group to the activity. I am unsure why I cannot add the student group once, and they be automatically scheduled. Seems like a system flaw that would be easily fixable.
