Currently the Students Not In Activities shows you TOTAL students in your whole building. This is not usable data. If you have a flex period that is only available for 6th Grade Students, you only want to know how many 6th Grade Students are not in an activity. You know and don’t want your other grade levels in that activity. By showing the Total versus how many of the elligble students in the count, the data is unusable. In addition in your training videos, you show that you can download that list of students and then add the to an activity. Unfortunately you can not, as you would be adding many students who shouldn’t be in an activiy into it. Changing the count would be very helpful!!
