Passes by Grading Period#1522

We have our school set up that you get 20 passes per grading period, only the bathroom, locker and drinking fountain count against the student passes. As of now the staff can not see how many passes they have left that count against them, the staff has to go to the students computer to see what they have left. I Would also like to see the data on my staffs computer.
