I am trying to work with our Counseling team on what best practices to implement with SmartPass, to ensure that students who need to go see a Counselor are able to do so without having to Wait In Line. (For context, we have enabled the “Max Passes From this Room” feature.)
Other than the existing solutions of increasing the max limit from rooms or having the staff member in the room manually start the pass for the student so they can skip the queue, it would be great if there were a feature whereby we could allow a certain room to be exempt from this queue (i.e. - the Counselors Office). Or if there was a way that admin can whitelist specific students so that they can automatically bypass the wait in line feature, that’d be great too?
This would be a great help without requiring a student to have to ask the teacher to manually start their pass or having them wait in line until it is their turn to go.
