The Admin would like to be able to view all passes (created, ended, scheduled, declined) for a ROOM. This is very important for our school. We have created a room called “Lunch Detention” and are scheduling passes for students to that room when their restroom pass goes into Overtime and turns Red. If they don’t get back on time, several people are assigned to create a scheduled lunch pass every time for each student for the following day (1 lunch detention allowed per day). I thought this would be easy to track, but it is not showing up anywhere except the passes I alone created making it impossible to track which students got lunch detention.
