Right now, the process for accepting a class is confusing.
In our school, we have 3 grade levels and 7 periods, each grade with its own schedule. We have core classes, which are an hour long, and electives, which are 45 minutes long. We have 3 types of classes - Year-long, Semester-long, and Quarter-long.
To make things easier, you should be able to select an option to keep the schedule you are working with selected until you are done. This schedule would remain selected through the acceptance process until you unselect the option.
Alternatively, have it list all selected schedules on one screen. So if a school has 10 schedules in the system, but only 3 primary ones, it would allow you to select those, and then all three of those schedules will be on the same page, with a column for each schedule, and a row for each period. The cell that intersects would be able to be selected.
Either of these options would remove the need to switch tabs when accepting a schedule.
