Separate restrictions for Kiosk Mode vs 1:1 devices#1468

It would be great to set room restrictions separately for Kiosk Mode vs 1:1 devices. We don’t want restrictions for Kiosk Mode, because the student has already received verbal approval from the teacher to go to the kiosk and create a pass. So now we’re using kiosks and have removed restrictions, but we want to keep restrictions on 1:1 devices so that student’s can’t just create automatically approved passes.
