Is there any way the “Encounter Prevention” process can be frontloaded? They said it was very frustrating for teachers and students to go through the process of creating a pass and going to start it and then being told they were unable to leave the room. It would be more beneficial if a student with an encounter prevention started a pass and they were notified immediately that they needed to wait, it would alleviate many issues and a lot of frustration.
