Pop Up Reminder for Overtime Passes#1421

When a student’s pass goes into Overtime, it should pop up on BOTH the originating and destination teacher’s page to remind them to end the pass. A chime would be helpful too.

Agreed, we have a problem with teachers sometimes forgetting to end passes, a reminder would help
