If a teacher sends a pass for a student and the student is coming out of another class, the teacher should be able to approve the student leaving and the timer will start then.
Example: Principals office sends a pass for a student to come when convinient during class, class teacher should be able to see that and approve and the timer will start.
If a teacher sends a student to me, there is no way to indicate when I’m sending them back. Sometimes a trip to me is 5 minutes round trip. Sometime it is 10+ total if I am making a quick repair for them. If I cancel the pass that the teacher wrote when they arrive to me, then I am prevented from writing a pass back to that same room because the student is already scheduled in that room.
