Schedule Room Availability#141

The ability to link room availability with a school schedule would be most helpful! We alternate between two different sets of restrooms each period so they can be cleaned when they are closed. Currently, students can create passes for restrooms that are closed, so we need the ability to make our restrooms non-selectable during certain times.
