Instead of just keywords (which would be great if we could make the rooms more discriptive), it would be nice to have the Hall Monitor feature allow filtering to only show a specific grade level, or sort via grade level. Also, it’d be nice to assign rooms to grade level, that way you could also sort by to/from by grade level as well.
For example: Our school has 8 classroom hallways. 2 For 6th Grade, 2 for Electives, 2 for 7th Grade, 1 for SPED and 1 for 8th grade. In each grade level grouping, there is 1 set of bathrooms as well. All classrooms in the 6th grade hall would be able to be assigned to 6th grade. All the classrooms in the elective hallways could be assigned to all the grade levels, etc. Each bathroom would be assigned to a grade level as well.
And when we Filter the Hall Monitor by 6th Grade Student it would show us:
Jane Doe
Joe Smith
If we Filter the Hall Monitor by 8th Grade ‘From Location’ or ‘To Location’ it would show us students coming from or going to those rooms (whether they are named by a room number, or a teacher name):
Janet Smith to ‘Classroom 505’
John Doe to ‘Ms Brown’
