Passes with conditions#1386

There are times when a student asks to use the restroom, but there is another student out that needs to return before the new student can go. I would like to be able to make a pass that begins when certain conditions are met, but will still hold their place in line.

For example, I have ISS duty during a lunch period. There are times when a student should not be in the halls with another (temporary- not significant enough to create preventions). A notification can go off that the first student out has returned to their classroom and the student’s pass from ISS can begin. Sometimes when I wait until the appropriate time to create their pass, that then puts them in line with a pile of other students from lunch and potentially with other students that they should not be out with.
