We have multiple teachers that teacher different classes utilize a room throughout the day and our two day (A/B day) cycle. For example, Room 300. When teachers go to map their classes to the correct period and to Room 300 it adds them as a teacher on the Room. However, these teachers receive notifications for passes that are made from/to Room 300 all day - not just during the time they are scheduled to be in the room based on the bell schedule that was established in SmartPass. Teachers of study hall sections that utilize the Cafeteria receive hundreds of pass requests a week that are not during the time in which they are a proctor of a study hall scheduled to be in the cafeteria. HAS ANYONE FIGURED OUT A WAY AROUND THIS? It is driving our teachers crazy, impacting the fidelity of usage on SmartPass, and causing them to push for us to abandon the platform.
