It would be great if teachers could select for which instances they would like an alert to sound on their computer and/or the kiosk, and that an encounter prevention trigger would be part of the list. For example, we have students that should be prevented from leaving the room, because of an encounter prevention, but they don’t wait for the pass to start and just walk out. If an alert sounded, the teacher could monitor the situation better in the midst of teaching and prevent the student from leaving. This would work best if it was not just the 7th reason that alert sounds, Because maybe these 6 reasons 1) Sounds for Call Downs
2) Sounds for Expiring Passes
3) Automatically Ended Passes
4) Sounds for new Pass Requests
5) Sounds for Waiting in Line
6) Sounds for creating a pass on a kiosk
we don’t want an alert for.
