It would be beneficial to have more granular controls for staff assigned to be administrators of the Smartpass system. Currently the controls only allow access/no access to Rooms, Accounts, etc. So if I need a principal to be able to create individual pass limits, he needs access to all accounts, and has full management of those accounts, instead of just being able to be assigned the right to adjust pass limits within account management. I am sure there are other scenarios like this to provide more granular control for administrative users.
