I am a librarian and one of the more popular reasons students visit the library is to play board games or use our Makerspace activities when they finish classwork. However, sometimes I have classes in the library and I would like to be able to broadcast that information to students. I don’t necessarily want to make the library “unavailable” during these times, but I want students to know that CERTAIN activities in the library are restricted. For example, a student could still come check out a book or see me about a Chromebook issue, but they can’t stay and hang out with friends.
