If a student returns x times to class late after making a pass, sp will automatically reduce the pass time allowed by x.
This continues until x is reached. At this point Admin or person in charge of the system has a meeting with thestudent. This would also flag and notify admin or whom is in charge of the sp system in a district.
So Bob comes back from a restroom pass late 2 times. SP is set up by admin to reduce his passes by 2 minutes. So now bob has 3 min passes instead of 5.
Bob does well and then has 2 more passes late in the next 3 months. His pass time is reduced or blocked until an admin meeting.
