Auto on/off for max hallway passes#1168

Would like to have auto on/off for max hallway limits during lunch time. For example, we have had to increase our max hallway limit for the day, when really we just need to have it turned off during lunches from 11:00-1:15. We have many students who use passes during “working lunch” and there were too many to allow with the max limit that we need for the remainder of the day.
