Schedule Room Opening and Closing#1164

A way to schedule for rooms to open and close at certain times of your schedule. For example, at our school, bathrooms are closed the first and last 10 minutes of each block. So I would like to have that set up automatically so that I do not have to manually go in and do it.

We also don’t allow students to leave the first and last 10 minutes of class. While we can set up a “No Fly Time” we run two different schedules M, T, Th and W. I don’t have the time to go in and change it three times a week.

We have certain bathrooms open in the AM and different ones in the PM - it is a HUGE inconvenience to have to manually open and close the bathrooms every day. Additionally, it would be excellent to schedule room closures and reopenings based on our yearly standardized testing schedule.

I am the building IT, my office is located in the Library. The Library closes during Lunch, and I also close my office at that time. This stays consistant with each day.
