Pass that are created for flex period to not count toward the cool down time. Currently out kids can not create any passes during the flex period cause it is falling within the cool down period. Passes that are for flex or are passes between teachers/rooms should not count toward the cool down period. Also, during flex the passes automatically ending when attendance is taken. Having 1000 open passes for the entirety of flex is frustrating as it messes with our max passes open.
